Ingredients for making green corn cake from a blender:

 1 can of green corn without water

 1 cup of oil (220 ml)

 1 cup of milk (240 milliliters)

 4 eggs

 1½ cups of sugar (240 grams)

 1 cup of cornmeal (120 grams)

 2 cups of wheat flour (280 grams)

 1 tablespoon of baking powder

 50 grams of grated coconut

 1 pinch of salt

 grated cheese to taste

How to Make Green Corn Cake from a Blender:

Beat eggs, corn, oil, sugar and milk in a blender. Beat well, until all the corn is crushed and the mixture is very liquid.

Place the mixture in a blender in a bowl and add the sifted flour and cornmeal, a pinch of salt, the grated coconut, the cheese. Stir well and then add the yeast and mix gently to incorporate into the dough.

Place the corn cake batter in a blender in a greased and floured form and place in a preheated oven at 200°C, baking for 35-40 minutes or until - when inserting a toothpick, it should come out clean and dry .Your blender green corn cake is ready!
